The newly built magnificent Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) has kindly agreed to host the cocktail reception. Prior to the cocktail, forum delegates and guests will be taken on a tour of the SICC facilities. After the tour, forum delegates and guests will be treated to the brilliant sunset that goes down over the South China Sea, while they enjoy their cocktails.
